This is a business that has been profitable for 20 years. There is no competition in our price bracket (lowest). I have tried to hire employees but after a few months they all turn into goof offs - some don't take that long. We sell about 40 of these things a year and our advertising bill runs $1.95 per month with Ebay and $20 or so with Google for ad placement.
We have increased the prices of our machines and have not been able to update our website yet. Our prices are now $3,495 and $5,495.

The building is not for sale and not necessary for the sale of this business. I have a shop connected to my house which is 40 x 60 and that size is barely adequate now, an expansion will be necessary if I continue to do this.
Market Competition and Expansion:
There is no competition in our price range. Our machines clean grain for seed. Farmers need to clean their seed prior to planting. They need to clean out the weed seeds,stems, stalks, husks etc they have harvested along with their wheat or whatever. We have different screen sizes available to clean all seeds from alfalfa to zuchini. I would really like to sell this business immediately as the busy - spring planting - season is coming up fast. This week I have sold 3 of these things and do not look forward to building them. I am only tapping a small portion of the world wide market for these things.
