Each salon has a manager and an assistant manager. Employees are paid an hourly rate plus commission. Approximately 15% of sales come from sales of product. Hours can be expanded both Saturday evenings and also Sundays when the salons currently are closed. Additional stylists can be added in each store. Additional beauty services could be added.
