Business Overview:

This bunsiness is a Medicare & State of Utah (Medicaid) licensed hospice agency, it is also a State of Utah licensed personal care agency. The company provides in-home hospice services to residences along the Wasatch Front (Salt Lake, Davis, & Weber counties) communities who have either Medicare or Medicaid as their primary source of insurance. Typically 98% of geriatric patients use Medicare and/or Medicaid as their primary source of health insurance. The company provides both hospice & personal care services for their patients, those services include: contracted physician services, nursing, chaplain, bathing, dressing, home making, etc.. The first baby-boomers in our country turned 65 on January 1, 2011; over the next 20 years there will be an unprecedented demand for these services. Currently, U.S. citizens receive Medicare Part A at the age of 65, with no out of pocket premium. Hospice is also paid for 100% by Medicaid & there are no indications that eligible Medicaid beneficiaries show any sign of decreasing in the future.
