This well established (independently owned) maid service offers residential and commercial cleaning services. Residential service can be booked on an on-going basis (weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule), or booked as a “one-time” or “call-when-needed” service. They offer standard services which are spelled out to the client upon booking, or deep-cleaning which is directed by the client. They also serve local realtors and their clients who hire them for move-in, move-out or make-ready cleaning. Their commercial clients are small offices or office suites – no large office buildings or “janitorial” type maintenance. Commercial clients are all booked as weekly or monthly clients. Currently, about 80% of the business is residential “maid service” and 20% is commercial related. All price quotes, scheduling, client contact and finances are handled in the office by the Office Manager. The individual Cleaners are given a schedule for the week and they are responsible for completing their schedule.
