Clients are primarily acquired via referral, however, some formal referral arrangements, online advertising and vendor referrals also result in new revenue drivers. $599,000 is all cash purchase price, however, Seller would entertain partial cash infusion with minimum base salary and the balance paid out as equity in a larger firm on a case by case basis. Competition: The downturn in the economy has seen the weak perish in this field. The company has maintained revenues and added market share each year.
Growth/Expansion: Seller has great command of sales process with businesses in his space.
