Market Competition and Expansion:
Market Outlook: The Truck Wash is dependent on exposure, weather and trucking health. The Company is very well established with thousands of registered customers. Environmental regulations keep the drive through truck wash a viable option for individual truckers as well as large customers. Most of the truck wash customers are from fleets of 5 trucks or less for exterior washing but very large companies use the wash for the cleaning out their trailers. The mobile cleaning business trend is toward more technical cleaning of buildings and construction services both new construction and restoration cleaning. Residential cleaning is still a good market. Our largest franchisee works primarily with new construction cleaning of masonry surfaces. Competition: Blue Beacon Truck Wash is a national, corporate competitor although there is not a location within 65 miles. Several smaller portable power washing companies are in our areas of service and do use price as a selling point but I believe we are the major experienced all around service provider in the Fox Valley.
