This unit provides on site fluid filtration for plants and industrial applications. Unit is complete to filter lubricants and remove contaminants as low as 3 microns. Training will be provided with the unit, as well as gross profit opportunities. This unit is transported directly to the client’s site. Using a combined filtration and vacuum distillation process, the client’s “dirty oil” is cleaned to better than new oil specifications. This can be done while the client’s machinery is operating, thus avoiding costly down time. The results are objective as tests from independent laboratories are used before and after the processing is done. The benefits of the service can be clearly verified. Because the unit is taken to the client’s site to provide the service, the Ohio EPA has granted the company an exemption from the standard hazardous waste transportation permitting typically necessary. Services are typically provided to the auto, truck, steel, power generating, paper mill, amusement park, and plastics manufacturing industries. Among the oils that can be reclaimed are hydraulic, vacuum pump, quench, transmission, transformer, compressor, circulation, synthetic phosphate esters, cutting (straight oil only), turbine, machine, gear, synthetic diester, refrigeration, caster, and heat transfer oils.
