In Tennessee we have 14,000 acres of well property : wells cost $160,000 per well turn key they can produce 23 to 33 barrels on average BPD some of course produce more . these are straight porosity drills down to about max 4,500 feet with multiple zone pays all costs are included and the well will be permitted in your name the county of the well site. NO other costs to you....monthly revenue received every month!!! All of our wells have geology prior to any drilling taking place, we try not to participate in wildcat searches. You are always welcome on site with a planned visit to see our wells and meet the team. However, I would suggest to visit while the well is being drilled or just after completion.
