A large percentage of the wealth in the United States is represented by the owners of small and mid-sized businesses, many of whom are currently anticipating retirement, and will require the assistance of a professional intermediary to transfer their most valuable asset to interested buyers. As the economy has been recovering we have seen pent-up demand from business owners considering a sale of their business and a continued abundance of buyers. Accordingly, the market has become extremely active and our firm is well-positioned to capitalize on this macro trend. We will be hiring a maximum of 4 brokers in the near future.
