This Pediatric Care Company has formulated and executed a strategy that has immense growth potential. The 40+ team of independent physical, occupational and speech therapists have been with the Company on average for more than 5 years and each possess a skill level that continues to enhance the reputation of the Company and allows it to garner an increase of the customer base; in particular, school districts that are contractually engaged on an annual basis. There are at present 13 school districts being served by the Company. The Company has experienced significant growth, exceeding 25% in each of the past 2 years reflecting the quality of its therapists and its dedicated commitment to its clients, patients and the industry.
Approximately 85% of the therapists are assigned to the school districts with the balance serving children in homes or coordinating learning experiences with Head Start programs, etc., around the State. The typical profile of the individual receiving the Company’s services are delayed or handicap challenged children ranging in age from 18 months to 21 years old.

Simply stated, there are not any companies that compete at this level in the DFW Metroplex. The veteran and highly competent staff of therapists combined with customer relationships and a viable pricing strategy separates this Company from all competitors. The Company presently serves numerous school districts some of which are located outside the Dallas Metropex; opportunities abound around the state of Texas for expansion. Newly developed relationships with Texas Head Start programs are a focal point of ownership as it continues to seek to expand markets and revenue streams. Personal relationships and referrals have generated the annual increase in revenues; a website, yet to be developed, would attract additional business beyond the school districts. Only a fraction of the Company’s revenue is generated from parents and healthcare agencies seeking services offered by the Company.
