They provide tenants (for a fee) with specific details on properties such as property type(condo, townhome, house, etc) and specific geographic location (Salt Lake County is divided into at least six areas), number of rooms, garage/carport, special features, amenities, rent price range, security deposit, lease terms and much more. Using their proprietary and custom designed software all of this criteria is pre-selected by the prospective tenants to suit their needs. Each day the prospective tenant receives an updated list via e-mail that includes any new listings, (properties that are no longer available are also removed).
No other site, including KSL, Craigslist, or property management companies, come close to providing the detailed information, number of properties and services that renters need. There is an incredible selection of properties, currently with more than 2,000 move-in ready properties statewide.
