Property Features and Assets:
We are in the heart of the Historic North End in Yuma. We are very visible to the winter visitors and locals alike. We tour along the Colorado River and we are seen by thousands every winter at all of the festivals held directly on Main Street in front of our store. We are leasing a space in a converted in door mall. We have 9 I2's and 1 X2 (Segway's), a Listen communication system all associated furnishings and equipment to operate the business. (photos available). This is a turn key operation with an excellent reputation and relationship with the City of Yuma.
Market Competition and Expansion:
Yuma has an extremely large influx of winter visitors/snowbirds. It's the 3rd largest city in Arizona and a large military presence. We provide the only tour of the historic area of Yuma along with the fun of riding your own Segway. We have absolutely no competition because we are the only Segway Tours in Yuma. We are currently doing two tours a day with plans for a third daily tour and also a new late afternoon/early evening ghost tour through the haunted portions of Old Town Yuma. Additional Segway's could be added as required.
