Market Competition and Expansion:

Expansion: At this point, MATCH has been contained to just eastern North Carolina schools. The potential for growth includes expansion nationally, to both private and public institutions. Additionally, the military (as discussed in the marketing package), has a serious recruitment issue due to the ineligibility of recruits, with the #1 preventable cause being obesity. There are also countless philanthropic organizations committed to addressing the obesity epidemic.
