We are a family owned and operated wedding/special event decorating company. We started out small, but have grown to decorate for almost 200 events a year. We are the largest Special event linen company in the down river area. We take pride in our work and have a reputation for being the best. Ask any florist or banquet facility in the Downriver area who is the best, 9 out of 10 times you will here us. Our main source of business is from deals we have set up with facilities in the area. We also do a very large amount of referral business. This is a very strong business and only growing, even in this down economy.

Property Features and Assets:

We currently rent a building that houses all of the materials, has a small office, and a showroom/meeting area. The sale will include all materials we use to decorate, 2004 Chevy Express Van, Enclosed Trailer, all future sales that are on the books as of the purchase date, a non-compete guarantee, and the purchaser will inherit all deals we have with existing customers. I will also stay on at no extra cost for 1 month to introduce the purchaser to the facility managers, florists, and vendors.

Market Competition and Expansion:

We have very few competitors in our business. In the down river area, there are 4 companies that I can recall off the top of my head, us, two one stop shops, and a very small chair cover company. The very small company does about 10 events a year, all outside the downriver area. The other two sell center pieces as well as chairs, and chair covers. We are the only decorative linen company in the down river area. For the last two years, we have been adding more and more facilities and florists to our list of customer. We are still growing.
