Most of the clients are middle class. Over the last few years the seller has moved toward an online portable business. He is on the road about three months of the year now. With exception of tax season, the owner of this practice can be anywhere. Even then, more and more of the tax clients are liking working online. They have recently picked up four new payroll clients in the 4th quarter and one of the long term payroll clients wants to talk about becoming a bookkeeping client in January. There are not many bookkeepers in the area that provide payroll for small businesses. This component is solid and a great way to develop loyalty.
