Competition: There are many small domestic manufacturers that are willing to drop ship their product. Most of the large motorcycle distribution companies specialize in marketing products made in China. This meant that my pricing might still be higher but not unreasonable. Product quality however is far superior to the overseas knock offs. The site supplies nothing but high quality products and has an average sale of over $1,000.
Growth/Expansion: Currently growth has been limited to email, forum posts, and going to one trade show, all these efforts could be increased and expanding those specific channels.
