About Us
Since 1983, Marble Slab Creamery® has been a leading purveyor of chef created, super-premium, hand-mixed ice cream. Originally, the franchise was invented by chefs Penn and LaPage, who changed the way we enjoy frozen dessert with the ability to create your own concoction. Their "Frozen Slab" was the first and the original.
Our stores make all ice cream fresh on premises in small batches, using dairy from local farms and premium ingredients from around the world. For mixins, we offer some of the freshest fruits, the finest nuts, the sweetest candies and the most delicious cookies available. We hand roll and bake our waffle cones on-site. Our customers run the show, creating a playful, fun experience with every visit!

Q: Do you honor U.S. military veteran's discount?
A: We are proud to participate in the VetFran Program and find that military veterans make excellent franchisees. Q: Do you serve anything else besides ice cream?
A: You better believe it! While ice cream in a freshly baked waffle cone is our specialty, we offer many other dessert alternatives, including non-fat frozen yogurt, smoothies, shakes and malts, sundaes, banana splits, and ice cream cakes. Our Celebration Stations allow customers to take home the party with pints, quarts, and private label packaged mix-ins.
Our most successful franchisees are passionate about the brand and their community. They have marketing experience to grow the business versus a "build it and they will come" mentality. We are looking for candidates ready to make a full-time commitment and work for success. Entrepreneur-minded, but willing to follow a proven system. We require a minimum of $100K in liquid capital to invest.
