A1 Car Wash is one of Hollywood, California's most popular car wash and detailing companies. Our regular customers include a mix of local business people, sport stars, actors, and company excutives. We have washing contracts with 17 different companies in the area for which we are responsible for cleaning several hundred vehicles on a regular basis. The popularity of some of our regular customers include the hottest names in show-biz and drive whords of customers to our company on a regular basis. This allows us to charge a premium for our services!

Our business is located on .75 acres of property that we currently lease. We are located about .5 mile from the famous "Hollywood" sign and are situated close to many multi-million dollar housing developments, strip malls, and shopping areas. Our lease costs $6,000 per month and is good through 6/2003 with the option for an additional 5 years with a 10% price increase. We also have the option to purchase the property and building for $425,000, which is good through 2003. We are the only high-end car wash and detailing company within a 5 mile radius. Other minor drive-thru car washes do exist but provide very little competition. Expansion could be facilitated by the implementation of additional marketing or the opening of additional location(s). The A1 Car Wash brand could also be a strong candidate to become a franchise organization.
