Gary Rogers, owner of Kingsley Group, brings over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of senior level executive management positions for three major U.S. corporations, including Division President for a NYSE company. Gary has provided strategic planning and transition support for corporate acquisitions and divestitures. He holds a BSIE from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. He has served as Chairman of the Small business Advisory Council for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and M & A Source, is a licensed broker with the Missouri and Arkansas Real Estate Commission, and holds the professional designations Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and M&AMI. Kingsley Group's brokers have extensive experience as business brokers, able to guide their clients through the business sale process or helping buyers acquire the business that best fits their vision. Most of the brokers have been business owners themselves and can bring that experience to bear when working with our clients.
