I specialize in sell side and buy side advisory coupled with business brokering services for main street and lower middle market businesses. Before purchasing this business, I was a senior commercial and corporate banker with 26 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial banking and or commercial credit analysis. I have expertise in structuring and financing commercial owner-occupied real estate, commercial investor-owned real estate projects, SBA programs, C&I lines of credit, term, and effective equipment financing structures. Effective in building profitable relationships while experienced in generating professional consultation for superior results while consistently retaining clients.
