Ms. Clarke and Mr. Ludwig have over 50 years combined experience in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Marketing Management, Merchandising, Branding, Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Negotiations, Inventory Planning and Control, Business Development and Business Ownership.
Ms. Clarke’s background includes executive level experience in both large publically held companies (Nordstrom, Victoria Secret, KAO Corporation, L’Oreal) as well as smaller privately held companies. She has unique and extensive knowledge of the personal care products industry including hair care, cosmetics, skincare and fine fragrance. Dawn is a skilled negotiator with a profound ability to effectively establish organizational infrastructure/processes to enable rapid growth. She has successfully lead companies from the reactive & entrepreneurial phase to a planned, professional, systematic approach to business.
Mr. Ludwig has served as President/COO/Officer/Board Member and business owner for personal care manufacturing companies with sales in excess of $15 million. Mr. Ludwig’s career also includes seven years of management level achievements for a HVAC manufacturer with sales in excess of $100 million. William has a deep understanding regarding the mechanics of strategically establishing product distribution networks and comprehensive experience with distribution channel management. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin and University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
