John Allen is an experienced sales and marketing executive with over 20 years experience. From 2009 to 2013 he was VP of Business Development at a wine import/export company. He was hired to developed and manage an internal business brokerage/sales division for what had become the fastest growing wine distributor in the country for the market they catered to. In the matter of two years the businesses footprint grew from having operations in one state servicing 3 markets to 17 states covering almost 100 markets. Before that John Allen spent three years at Statewide Business Brokers in Alabama working as Vice President at Statewide Business Brokers. While there he successfully brokered the sale of businesses across various industries in numerous markets. He was instrumental in making Statewide one of the most successful brokerage firms in Alabama. He is a skilled marketing and sales executive that began his career as Marketing and Sales Director at Athletic Publishing Company where he was responsible for all sales related to their advertising and database products. His sales resulted in the company being the number one supplier of high school and college coaches databases in the country.
