The pizza slice sales alone are about $300 to $400 a day M-F. You should know the pizza catering here is at another level, 45 or 50 or more pizzas ordered at a time is not uncommon. Many if not most of these catering orders come in the mornings, so there is plenty of time to make the pizza pies before the day gets busy. Way to expand already great sales is to increase the area of coverage for delivery, currently, the owner only delivers to a 2-mile radius. This could be expanded to 3 to 4 mile and sales would increase significantly. This is not a franchise so your creativity is on the menu.

There is just lots of good stuff here for you, the asking price is a giveaway for the amount of sales this place generates, this is profitable, has a very good lease, has huge catering orders, very established, very little competition, the dining area is only a few small tables, so hey very little dine in to deal with.
