BITCOIN ATM LICENSOR'S COMMITMENTS
MARKETING
The bitcoin ATM licensor Supplier will aggressively provide all marketing for the location and benefits of the bitcoin ATM. This includes but is not limited to:
- Social Media
- Listing on bitcoin ATM GPS enabled apps and websites
- Google and Bing local business listings
- Storefront signage and strategically places yard signs
- Assistance with updating Venue operator website to include mention of bitcoin ATM
Compliance
The bitcoin ATM licensor Supplier shall be responsible for providing any and all needed requirements (MSB, MTB licensing, and FINSEC reporting) to operate within the laws applicable to federal, state, and local laws
Technical Support by Phone
The bitcoin ATM licensor Supplier is responsible for customer support during the Venue operators business hours via both phone and text. This includes customer education, initial Bitcoin wallet install and setup, fraud detection, refunds, and applicable questions by customers and Site employees.
- On-site service of Bitcoin ATMS and related equipment
- As required, we will deploy and on-site tech to complete hardware replacement or repair.
- Bitcoin Acquisition and replenishment of Bitcoin
The bitcoin ATM licensor Supplier is responsible for providing all bitcoin for bitcoin ATM devices in a prompt manner. The bitcoin ATM licensor Supplier is the only entity allowed to send bitcoin and replenish the amount of bitcoin on the bitcoin ATM. Any attempt to circumvent the process will immediately void the agreement, any warranties, and all promises on return of investment.
Profitability / Return on Investment Guarantee
The bitcoin ATM licensor Supplier guarantees the Venue operator a full return on their initial licensing licensee fee within one year or less. Otherwise, the bitcoin ATM licensor Supplier will advance the difference between earned and initial licensing licensee fee
