Business Overview:
The Company is a USDA meat processing and distribution plant with many established customers who order several times per week. The business was built and continues to operate on integrity, relationships, excellent customer service, quality products and on-time deliveries. The Company caters to their customers' specifications. They know their customers' wants and needs - remembering cuts, sizing, grades, brands and quantities. Pride is taken in hand-picking customers' orders. The employees work as a team to receive, process & pack orders; load trucks and deliver product.
The Company purchases product directly from several packers and from ranchers and they are committed to supporting farmers and processors who have the same values, beliefs and principles that the Owner and the employees have. The Company buys many brands from several large companies and the Owner feels it is extremely important to research each company and only work with companies with integrity.
The Company has grown over 500% in sales by having a stellar reputation and by taking care of customers.
Property Features and Assets:

The masonry-constructed building is located in an Industrial zone with grade-level doors; drive-in bay with 16’ clear height; ample parking; office space with HVAC and easy access to the main highway. The Company has a processing room that is refrigerated; two large walk-in coolers and two walk-in freezers. The facilities are in good condition.

Assets = $798,477

Market Competition and Expansion:

There are larger grocer distributors like Sysco, Foodservice of America and Restaurant Depot to compete with on standard products. However, the Company works with executive chefs and experiences several types of cuisines. The Company has set their company apart from the commodity distributors by offering high-end meats, like Wagyu beef, Prime and Choice grade beef, wild game, local seafood, and other quality products. As a smaller Company, they provide excellent customer service and in-demand quality meats supplied to customer specifications, which has set them apart from the competition.

There are plenty of growth opportunities. It's the Owner's opinion that a new owner with a full-time salesperson could increase the business in very little time. There are numerous potential customer base opportunities: local hotels; restaurants and chains;caterers and hospitality companies; grocers; butcher shops and specialty markets; institutional markets such as hospitals, healthcare facilities and universities; individual consumers; and processing for ranchers and farmers.Online sales are an open opportunity.

The Company has two accounts that are projected to add 1-2 locations per year, which would increase sales by$300K-$400K per year. The USDA processing could be increased by adding another portion cutter.
