The business is fully staffed and runs without the owner in it day to day. Six field technicians work as independent contractors and are paid per job, so labor cost moves with volume instead of sitting as fixed overhead. Three offshore dispatchers handle the phones and the schedule seven days a week, and a manager runs the day-to-day. Current ownership spends a few hours a week on payments and oversight.
There is no lease storefront. Technicians work from their own vehicles, parts are ordered online per job, and the whole operation runs on cloud software for scheduling, invoicing and payments. A buyer can operate it from anywhere in the service area.
