The bulk of the revenue comes from screen printing. Whether used to brand customer business, provide team uniforms, or satisfy special events, this is the place customers go to get what they want to promote and support their brand.
The business has the capacity to produce an average of 10,000 units per day, but equipment is running about 40% capacity for life style reasons. Business enjoys 5-star reviews and can boast about 250 customers, with about 50% repeating YOY with 39 new in 2024, 28 new 2025 Jan-July. A+ BBB accredited since 2020. They come from diverse industries. The top 6 customers (not in order as rankings fluctuate YOY), 1) General Contractor, 2) Restaurant, 3) Athletic Brand, 4) Gov’t related Marketing, 5) Musical Instrument, 6) Entertainment.

The business survived COVID while the industry shrunk with competitors closing. They implemented, and then quickly pivoted away from, an expansion strategy in late 2023. The pivot significantly increased SDE (seller discretionary earnings) due to decreased expenses - even though revenue was down. It also virtually eliminated “receivables”. Most current customers pay 50% at time of order, and 50% upon delivery. Only 1 customer receives pick ‘n pack service. A few are net 30.
