Kaysville, Utah is also home to an ice cream store called Kaysville Creamery (KC).  KC is 1.7 miles away and sells ice cream by the scoop.  This is a similar but different market.  No other direct or indirect competition is in the city.  Layton, Utah hosts Menchies which is 5.7 miles away.  The area of west Kaysville is a fast expanding residential and commercial area.  New commercial is under construction across the street right now.  New subdivisions are being approved now by Kaysville City.
