Fred Kaempffe IV, MD – Owner: Fred is an orthopedic surgeon and has practiced in upstate New York for over 25 years. He has built and managed multiple successful medical practices, as well as a winning motorsports team. He has extensive experience in the development of quality management systems, operational processes, commercial real estate development, hospital administration, and development/management of medical private practice models.
