Next we will find a qualified buyer through our contacts or low-profile marketing. Finally, we will coordinate with the attorneys, landlords, and other parties involved in the closing process to culminate the sale as soon as possible.

Broker Profile

Our Founder, Joe Squizzero, has been a business broker since 1995. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has earned the Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Assocation (IBBA). Joe is a past president of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
