A graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Biochemistry, Cole applies a systems‑oriented mindset to evaluating businesses, structuring deals, and improving the experience for both buyers and sellers.

In 2024, he launched Shake It Up!, a mobile bar business that gave him firsthand insight into small‑business operations, branding, and the day‑to‑day realities owners face. That experience fuels his commitment to building tools and workflows that streamline brokerage—from online businesses to local mom‑and‑pop shops.
