We are here to help you sell your business in Colorado or the surrounding Rocky Mountain States by providing services which include business valuation, preparing a professional marketing prospectus, qualifying potential purchasers, negotiating the buy/sell agreement and/or LOI, working with both sides to satisfy their respective contingencies, closing the transaction while working closing with each parties attorneys and accountants and finally filling all the appropriate paperwork to transfer trade names and record security interests if needed. David B. Finsterwald-MCBC; CMEA; Managing Broker. Currently the Managing Broker and Vice President of National Business Brokers, Ltd. with responsibilities including sales, marketing, reviewing contracts, and overseeing the daily operations of this six-person office. Licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado for over 20 years in addition to prior licensing in Florida. David has a degree in Finance from Colorado State University and past experience includes work as a Financial Analyst with Gulf Oil Production & Exploration with an emphasis on profitability analysis and valuation of new and existing oil well ventures. Prior business experience includes co-ownership of a commercial slip-form construction company located in southeast Florida. Dave holds the Master Certified Business Counselor designation from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors and currently is serving as a Board Member. Additional accreditation includes the CMEA designation as a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser from the National Equipment and Business Brokers Institute. Dave's extensive financial background, in both business and equipment valuations, allows him to help both sellers and buyers understand the intricacies involved in the entire business life cycle from the components involved in the initial pricing of a business, marketing and presentation, negotiating the offer, working through the contingencies, obtaining financing, closing and tax implications of the transaction to both parties.
