GPCP primarily focuses on Midwest businesses (typically Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas) with companies on the lower-end of the “middle market” (less than $10 million of EBITDA). As Midwest natives, we know the region and its values and are dedicated to serving the great business owners and businesses across our region. GPCP has offices in Great Bend, KS, the heart of the Kansas Energy and Agriculture industries, and in Kansas City, MO on the Country Club Plaza.

Services Offered

GPCP focuses on companies with EBITDA up to $10 million, with a “sweet spot” in the $500,000 – $5 million EBITDA range, typically representing Enterprise Values (EV) of $5 – 50 million range. GCP is opportunistic, however, and will engage with clients above or below aforementioned thresholds. GPCP is engaged by sell-side (or buy-side) clients seeking the following services: Buyout / Business Sale; Valuation Services; Growth Capital; Debt (Senior/Mezzanine) Financing; Majority or Minority Equity/Debt Recapitalization; Management Buyout / Acquisition Financing; Corporate Divestiture. With a focus on the following industries: GPCP has a focus and deal and industry expertise in the following industries: Oil & Gas/Energy – Equipment, Services and E&P (member of KIOGA and EKOGA) Agribusiness & Agricultural Equipment General Industrial – Manufacturing & Distribution Business & Technology- Enabled Services Software Solutions (with an emphasis in SaaS software) Human and Animal Health (GPCP will consider businesses outside of its industries of focus on an opportunistic basis)
