It is our job to make sure our clients get the right location. We have spent years placing tenants in the right markets to best suit them based on demographics and space requirements. -Complete demographic profile of target areas -Perform traffic count studies -Generate competition reports -Determine space availability -Review condition of available space reports -Analyze market rent reports -Gather tenant turnover information on the targeted area selected subject properties Purchaser Representation Purchasing a property requires much more expertise today than it did in the past. From understanding the process to requesting the proper due diligence time relative to the property in question, Imperium Group keenly understands the rigor necessary in a successful transaction. -Conduct search of all listed and off-market properties that meet client criteria -Work with purchasers legal team to ensure all concerns are addressed -Negotiate purchase agreement with ample time for due diligence -Help facilitate survey, environmental, and any governmental approvals -Review closing documents
