Broker Profile

From a strong education background to practical successful business experience to a very stable professional and personal life, Keith brings a tremendous amount to the table. Whatever the project that Keith is working on for you, he can be counted on to understand not only your situation but also the steps necessary to accomplish the goals at hand. EDUCATION AND LICENSURE: Growing up in New Jersey, Keith graduated high school from the well respected St John Vianney HS in Holmdel. Upon Graduation he moved on to prestigious Stetson University in DeLand, FL where he earned both a Bachelors of Business Administration in 1992 a Masters of Accountancy in 1993. During that same year, Keith sat for and passed the Florida Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam in his first attempt. This is a feat boasted by less than 10% of all first time exam takers. Keith continues to hold his CPA license to this day which requires forty (40) hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours each year. In 1994, Keith also received his Notary Public certificate which is still active to this day. In 2001, Keith also earned a Florida Real Estate Salesperson License for the sole purpose of becoming a business broker. By 2009, he moved that up to a full Real Estate Broker’s license. This license also has continuing education requirements. BUSINESS EXPERIENCE: While truly beginning to “work for himself” at age eight (8) with a neighborhood paper route, Keith has always shown the aptitude and dedication towards business, especially entrepreneurial ventures. Within a year of graduating college and beginning in the workforce, the company that he started with made him a partner. He helped grow this company from a local “mom and pop” organization to a multi-million dollar, multi-state operation over a seven year tenure. Moving on from there Keith has been involved on an ownership level in a number of different ventures over a variety of industries including business brokerage, consulting, finance, food service, franchising, logistics, not-for-profits, real estate management, retail and more. At current, Keith is an owner of American Business and Commercial Brokerage, Inc. a Florida Real Estate Brokerage specializing in business brokerage. KCI KeiCor Consulting, Inc., a small business administrative services company and Smooth Sunshine, Inc., a Planet Smoothie franchise operation.
