During his corporate career Mr. Swanson has worked for several different billion dollar Real Estate Investment Trusts in the Financial and Technology fields. He was a key member of the team that took 4 companies public. He has worked with a New York Investment bank to develop a Corporate Valuation system used by several REIT’s. He has been a key member of the M and A teams at 3 different companies. Mr. Swanson earned his BA in Business Administration from Illinois State and is a CPA. Larry is also a Certified Franchise Consultant and member of the International Franchise Professionals Group.
