While studying Radio & TV at Southern Illinois University, he was recruited as a member of a 'Las Vegas Style' Rock & Roll Show Group, from El Paso, Texas ... While touring the United States ... it enabled Marty to perform in some of Americas finest Restaurants & Nightclubs, all the while, learning the 'behind the scenes' of each landmark operation ... Before his move to Miami Beach & Key West in 2009 ... Marty broke into the Real Estate industry while living in San Francisco, which he also considers another 'Restaurant Capital', he founded and successfully operated a company known as 'The Restaurant Brokers', specializing in the Real Estate Brokerage of Restaurants, Bars & Nightclubs, until the sale of his interest in the firm to his business partner in 1988 ...
