Broker Profile

Matt has over 30 years of corporate experience in the engineering and manufacturing industries. Matt received his M.S. degree in Physics from San Jose State University and started as an optical engineer. He worked in small and startup companies in Silicon Valley for about 19 years holding various executive roles. In 2003, Matt co-founded a high-tech company. In 2005, he joined a Fortune 500 company in Orange County, managing an international team. Matt's team generated revenue per quarter from $5M to $50M from the developed and released products to the market. While there, Matt also received his MBA degree with a concentration in Global Management. Matt has owned and operated a full business brokerage and M&A agency with Transworld Business Advisors. We provide business valuation and manage business acquisition transactions representing the buy or sell side. Although we feel very comfortable representing Technology and Engineering companies, we are industry agnostic representing businesses with up to $50 million in revenue.
