Matt Uhler is a highly experienced business broker with over 30 years in business ownership, acquisitions, and advisory. He has been self-employed since age 17, when he built and sold his first company, and has since helped hundreds of owners successfully sell their businesses while guiding buyers into profitable acquisitions.

Matt began his brokerage career in 1998 with WCI Business Brokers and went on to establish its Northern Arizona Division. Today, he is the Founder and Designated Broker of Amped Business Acquisitions, where he and his team provide full-service support including business sales, valuations, buyer representation, and exit planning.

Throughout his career, Matt has analyzed 3,000+ businesses and has overseen more than 800 transactions totaling $350M+ in closed deal value. As a multi-business owner himself, with experience across 35+ companies, he brings a practical, real-world perspective to every deal.

Matt and his Amped team work closely with both sellers and buyers to structure strong transactions, maximize value, and ensure smooth, successful closings.
