MING DONG/Broker - KAY DONG/Broker. We are co-owners of the company and have been practicing since 1980 as a business and commercial real estate brokers. My wife, Kay, entered the business brokerage field in 1992. We specialize in selling businesses. Our prime business being sold are small to middle size businesses, Convenience stores, gas stations Dry Cleaners, Laundromats, Restaurants and other retail establishments. We market our business to everyone and also have an advantage in the Asian market. Kay speaks Korean and I speak some Chinese and specialized in the Korean and Chinese community. A majority of the business owners are Asians. Currently the Koreans own about 40% of the dry cleaning business in Massachusetts. Speaking Korean and Chinese our native language helps our Buyer feel confident in working with us.
