Carrerou Enterprises, LLC, is a family-owned and operated business, owned by Ozzie and Leah Carrerou. Our company is on the corner of 1st Street S and Avenue K in Winter Haven, FL, and we have a satellite office in Lakeland.

Broker Profile

Mr. Oswald (Ozzie) Carrerou graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Real Estate. A Licensed Real Estate Broker, he also heads the commercial appraisal division of AREA Real Estate Appraisers. Ozzie is a licensed General Contractor, President of Premier Construction Florida and had been appointed for three consecutive years as Special Master in Highland County and two consecutive years as Special Master in Polk County where he conducted and adjudicated tangible property disputes.

He has extensive “expert” trial testimony experience in Polk County and Circuit Court regarding matters of residential, commercial, industrial, environmental and agricultural nature. Being experienced with a background in so many varied appraisal fields makes him a highly knowledgeable, respected and valuable asset that forms the core of this company.

Once Ozzie firmly established his expertise in the marketplace it was only natural to participate in improving it’s aesthetics and quality of life by founding PREMIER CONSTRUCTION FLORIDA.
