Broker Profile

Randall W. Hannaway is a founding partner of Colorado Group Realty, LLC, Steamboat's largest and most respected locally-owned real estate and development firm. Randall fell in love with Steamboat Springs 33 years ago, when he stopped by on a motorcycle trip through the Rockies and decided to call it home. Randall spent six years serving on the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment where he reviewed and approved several of the city's highest-profile projects. He has also served two terms as president of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and was named 'Broker of the Year' twice by his peers. In addition to real estate and business brokerage, Randall has become known as an expert in the luxury resort real estate and development ventures. He currently resides in Steamboat Springs with his wife, Jane, and their two children, John and Sarah. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and has a passion for flying, music, and technology.
