Broker Profile
Scott has over 35 years entrepreneurial, management and brokerage experience. He has been a Merger and Acquisition Manager and Business Broker professional for over 20 years and has been awarded the Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation with the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and is a member of M&A Source. Prior to being a broker he owned two technology firms; the first was sold to a Boston investment banking group as part of a NASDAQ IPO. The second, an off shore software development company based in Tegucigalpa Honduras, was sold to an international consulting firm. Scott is also an active director of America’s Incredible Pizza Company, a national restaurant franchisor, where he heads up franchise development and investment funding. Scott is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
