She played a key role in structuring financing packages for Sunbelt Business Broker transactions ranging from $25,000 to $10.5 million, helping small to mid-sized businesses succeed. Shanon thrives on helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams and is well-versed in the complexities of buying and selling businesses.

She is an expert in SBA financing and the Defense Industry, with deep market knowledge across sectors including B2B services, child care, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, logistics, distribution, and retail in North Carolina’s Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, High Point, and Fayetteville areas.

Her background also includes strong capabilities in financial analysis, process improvement, and sales operations—spanning recruitment, marketing, strategy, and negotiations. Having held executive roles and served on multiple boards, she provides business owners with insightful cash flow analysis and strategies to optimize after-tax returns from business sales.

In addition to her civilian career, Shanon has served 29 years in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and continues her service as a Medical Administrator.
