The company was originally established by Stephanie’s mother, Patricia Ann Waybright, in 1984. Stephanie joined the company in 2002 and is proud to say this is now a multi-generational business, as her daughter, Victoria Fraine, has recently joined Waybright Real Estate as a Broker Associate, bringing her many years of experience marketing and selling real estate in the Lexington Kentucky area.
