Steve is the founder and the Managing Broker of Georgia Restaurant Brokers. Steve has been living in Atlanta since 1972 moving down from New York after receiving his BS in business. He started Son's of Italy in Athens in 1973 and expanded to opening multiple units. In Steve's first twenty years in the Atlanta area he opened 4 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 nightclub and a blush up-scale billiard establishment, which were all prosperous. A true entrepreneur Steve opened his first Brokerage Company in 1992. With his expertise in the restaurant and bar business; and his knowledge of the city Steve became one of the most successful and respected Brokers in Atlanta. Steve's specialty is restaurants & bars. With his extensive background in this field, he is unsurpassed. His three decades of experience in owning & operating, consulting, lease negotiating, buying, selling speaks for itself.
