Tina is regarded as one of the top business brokers in the country, having earned numerous national awards for excellence in the field. She specializes in guiding larger businesses through the complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) process, ensuring her clients maximize value and achieve their goals.

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Tina learned early the dedication and resilience it takes to build and run a successful business. She and her husband have also owned and managed small businesses together, giving her a deep appreciation for the challenges her clients face. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tina brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial insight and transactional expertise to every engagement.

An experienced negotiator, Tina excels in helping clients navigate deal structures, financing, and closings. She has earned some of the highest distinctions in the industry, including the M&AMI (Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary), CM&AP (Certified M&A Professional), and CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designations, and also holds an MBA.
