This is a three year old company whose one-man band CEO has driven triple digit growth while being a very involved dad with a separate, extremely full time job. These diaper bags are uniquely designed using a patent-pending system of pockets that provide a quick, easy to process checklist, to make sure you never leave home without the things you need for yourself and your baby. Each bag zips down both side panels making for easy access. Each pocket is affixed with a Velcro tab.

Two busy parents with full time careers outside of the baby industry gave birth to this idea after their daughters were born. They realized all diaper bags were basically the same. Market Competition and Expansion:

One would think that the diaper bag category is over saturated by every baby and fashion brand in existence. But that would not be correct. A recent Google Shopping search highlighted only 15 brands, two of which are targeted directly at dads. Only a handful of the major brands and major designers show up, plus number of smaller, independent companies represented. Most of them focus on style. None has the unique combination of style and functionality that is core to these bags. To grow, this company needs volume production, a lower price point product, a sales force and a larger distribution network. This will come from an owner with who can provide the sales, marketing, manufacturing and financial resources to take the brand to the next level. Conversations have already taken place with several major retailers about rolling out the brand to their entire network and online.
