Notably, in 2018 Buffalo Bill’s Brewery was inducted into the Smithsonian National Museum of
American History as the most historic and first brewpub in America and is world famous for it’s
America’s Original Pumpkin Ale, Alimony IPA, and Tasmanian Devil Strong Ale. Additionally,
for those not interested in craft distilling, the location is fully adaptable for a brewery. The
distillery can be removed and a brewery with canning line can be plugged into the distillery

Buffalo Bill's Brewery - Consists of a full service restaurant, brewery and bar with an ABC type
23 small beer manufacturer license. The dining room has an authentic brewery feeling with
wood surfaces, high ceilings with hanging light fixtures, skylights, tables & chairs and booth
seating. The bar area includes a long bar with many high top tables with bar stools. The dining
room and bar have exposure to the brewery, the display kitchen and hostess stand. There is a full
kitchen including a prep area and dishwashing area. There are two outdoor seating areas
including one in the front and one on the side of the restaurant which is fully enclosed with
heating lamps. There are also 2 walk-in refrigerators, storage areas, an office , 2 ADA restroomsÂ

hood with fire suppression system, 2 full door pizza ovens, 2 stock pot burners, 6 burners over
oven, 5 - 2 door under counter refrigerators (4 with sandwich stations on top), 6' flat grill over 4
refrigerated drawers, 3'6' chargrill, 2-1 door under counter refrigerators, 3 microwaves, ice
machine, 2 double basket fryers, 2 food warmers, slicer, 1 group espresso machine, 4Â large
screen TV's and TOAST POS system with 4 terminals 3 handheld units. In the bar there is an
ice machine, ice bin, 12 taps, 3 door under counter refrigerator and 3 compartment sink.  The
building located at 22549 Foothill Blvd, Hayward (Russell City Distillery) was completely
renovated and remodeled in 2016 at a cost of $1,349,500 to a distillery with tasting room and
retail business with central heating and air conditioning. The distillery holds an ABC type 06
Still license for making alcoholic beverages and an ABC type 74 license for craft distilling up to
150K gallons or distilled spirits yearly. In addition to including a full distillery there is an office
