Works for general contractors on new construction and directly with clients for maintenance. Other clients are also publicly traded large businesses that own and occupy hundreds of thousands or millions of square feet of commercial real estate in the Silicon Valley area.

There is a management team so that the owner works primarily on business development and top management oversight of the team. He is also the guardian of the profit margins, reviewing most bids prepared by the estimators, especially the large ones.

The owner has a C-61 contractor’s license and is willing to work for a year or two as Responsible Managing Employee if the new owner does not have a contractor’s license.
